Media will form narratives naturally, even without a conspiracy theory, because journalists are human and humans enjoy stories. That's just how it goes. So whether or not the media is blaming 8chan for shootings, that's not my belief.
I certainly think that 8chan's admins suck and have done next to nothing to prevent terrorists from using their platform, but I don't think 8chan itself directly causes shootings, my mind could be changed on that but so far I am not convinced.
If I thought chans were evil and shouldn't exist I would not have agreed to do this.

There has been a lot of controversy regarding your recent comments which have can be interpreted as supporting closing 8chan if it can be blamed for inspiring, or helping promote mass shooters in the US.
Is this the correct interpretation? If so, Why? and Don't you feel hypocritical considering the rules of the site were even more lax when you owned it than when Watkins took over, including that there were only two shootings related to 8chan via planning or manifesto, from which the second was discovered to be posted on Instagram first and then reposted on 8chan. By the way, just months after the FBI was found trying to incite violent attitudes in the site in order to present the evidence in a court.
