Tumblr has recently disabled the ability to download original image files. La guía no menciona el propio Sankaku así que lo incluyo yo. Es bastante simple, cuando encuentran la tan preciada imagen de entre tantas, tienen que acceder a la pagina de la imagen, por lo que la pagina tendría que verse así: https://chan.sankakucomplex.com/post/show/6475269
Una vez adentro lo único que tienen que hacer es darle clic a la imagen, expandiéndola, y en caso de no hacerlo significa que la imagen ya esta en su máxima resolución, de aquí procedemos a guardarla. Para corroborar que hayamos guardado la imagen de mayor resolución nos fijamos en el filename (el nombre del archivo), si tiene un sample en él, significa que guardamos la imagen redimensionada y no la de mas alta resolución. Normalmente este método también funciona en los boorus, donde despliegan primero la imagen comprimida y se tiene que dar clic para conseguir la imagen en mayor resolución.
Eso es todo anoncitos, antes de que vengan a llorar de que en el hilo solo se está haciendo spoonfeeding les recuerdo que estas guías no son para los nuevoputos exclusivamente, sino para todos los anons en general, lo cual incremente la calidad de los post y disminuye los post donde solo suben las miniaturas, no importa que tan viejoputo seas a veces uno no sabe todo y se nos pueden ir detalles como estos, información como esta nunca esta de más.
También exhorto a los mods a hacer el sticky de los request que estaba antes de la cajita para evitar tantos posts como estos.

Me agrado mucho la temática del hilo OP espero que no muera pronto, me gustaría recopilar la información del hilo y hacer una pequeña guía, pero esperaría a que el hilo se llenara mas (y soy muy flojo en general).

Aprovechando el hilo aquí les dejo una guía completa para extraer imágenes de diversos sitios en su máxima resolución, y como menciono OP las imágenes de calidad no vienen de redes sociales.

How to fetch and download the highest-quality images from various sites
This guide is primarily meant for users who are intending to upload images to Sankaku Channel; however, its application should be broad enough to benefit anyone who happens to have a reason to download high-quality images from the Internet.
<Pixiv
Pixiv requires a free account to access its highest-quality images. Once you have an account and have logged in, open the page of the image you wish to download. For the rest of this tutorial, I will be using https://www.pixiv.net/member_illust.php?mode=medium&illust_id=51870456 as an example.
Having opened the post page, click the image. This will open a dedicated page displaying the image or, in the case of multi-image posts, a series of images.
To the upper left of the image, you will see an icon showing two diagonal arrows. Click that icon, and a new page will open, showing the image in its highest quality. This is the image you want to save.
☞ Don’t see any arrows to click? That means the image preview you’re looking at hasn’t been resized or compressed, and is already the best quality available!
Pixiv images in their highest quality will always have a filename in the format [postID]_p[number]; for example, the image above has the filename 51870456_p0.png. In contrast, its compressed preview has the filename 51870456_p0_master1200.jpg—a dead giveaway that it’s not the best quality available!

Open the tweet from which you wish to save an image (I’ve used https://twitter.com/paxiti/status/1056172424574582785 ).
Click the image to open it in a modal, then open it in a new tab through its context menu (right click on desktop, or long press on mobile).
Images on Twitter normally have their file extension (e.g., .jpg or .png) followed by a format specifier, often :large. Sometimes, they won’t have such a specifier. What’s important is that you change the image URL so that it has the specifier :orig. If the image has an existing specifier, replace it with :orig; if it doesn’t, and ends in the file extension, add :orig to the end of the URL.
☞ In the example case, the URL should be changed from the first line to the second:

This is the image you want to upload to save.

As with Twitter, ArtStation images require the image URL to be manually changed. First, open the post page—in the screenshots following, I use https://www.artstation.com/artwork/1GwyX.
While hovering over the image, and in the screenshot below, you’ll see two icons at the bottom of the post; the rightmost one is a broken rectangle. Click this icon to open the image in its own tab.
The image will normally be in a large directory—that is to say, large will normally appear as the second-last element of the URL path, between two solidi. Try changing this from large to original.
In the example case, the URL should be changed from the first line to the second:

Oops! In some cases, such as this one, ArtStation forbids access to the original image. In these cases, the ‘large’ image is the image you want to save. If changing the large to original loads an image, however, the ‘original’ image is the image you want to save.

Open the DeviantArt post containing the image you wish to save.
In many cases, DeviantArt will give you a download button—you can see it to the upper right of the image in the screenshot above, which shows https://www.deviantart.com/vectorjones/art/Eva-214538444 .If this button exists, click it, and it will open the original image in a new tab. This is the image you want to upload to save.
That was easy! Unfortunately, many artists don’t allow the original image to be downloaded. This is the case in https://www.deviantart.com/klutt/art/Yennefer-after-a-steamin-hot-bath-742333150 notice the download button is missing in the screenshot below.
In this case, click the image; it may or may not expand to a larger resolution. Then, as with the Twitter example above, open the image in a new tab.
DeviantArt now uses the Wix Media Platform as its content delivery network. That means this will likely open a very long URL on a subdomain of wixmp.com. It’s likely so long you can’t see it all in your address bar. This is where the fun begins. In the example I’m using, the image opened at the following URL:

Notice that about two-thirds through that URL, something happens: you’ll see what appears to be the file extension—in this case, .png—followed by a solidus and some further information, before ending in another .png at the end. This part of the URL—after the first file extension—resizes and compresses the image, degrading its quality. Remove it.
☞ Don’t see that portion of the URL after the first file extension? That means the image hasn’t been resized or compressed, and is already the best quality available!
Removing the portion of the URL after the original file extension renders the highest-quality version of the image made publicly-available—it’s likely still inferior to the original source, but it’s the best you can do if the artist has disabled downloading. This is the image you want to save.
<Hentai Foundry
Images on Hentai Foundry which have been resized show a notice underneath the image to that effect: ‘The image has been resized to better fit your screen. Click the image to view full size.’ Follow the directions: click the image, and the original image will load in place of the resized one. This is the image you want to upload to save.
☞ You can double-check whether you’re saving an original or resized image by checking the image’s URL. Resized images will be on the domain thumbs.hentai-foundry.com; original images will be on the domain pictures.hentai-foundry.com.
